Office Administrator

Job Description

Solidblock is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Staff to provide essential administrative and operational support to our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of our office and supporting various departments, contributing directly to our overall efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Maintain organised physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks for finance, HR, and project teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Prepare basic reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Provide general support to visitors and handle reception duties.
  • Assist with basic HR administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent;
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), or equivalent.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary:
RM2,500- RM4,500
