Site Supervisor

Job Description

SolidBlock is looking for a meticulous and experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site construction and renovation activities for our high-end residential and commercial projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety, ensuring that all works align with design specifications and Solidblock’s exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site operations, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of labor, subcontractors, and material delivery.
Ensure all construction activities adhere to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, CIDB requirements).
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Interpret construction drawings (including architectural, structural, M&E, and CAD plans) and ensure accurate implementation on site.
Manage site logistics, equipment, and resources efficiently.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, maintain site records, and document any deviations or issues.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure all site personnel adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to high-end residential or commercial projects.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality control procedures.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and M&E drawings (knowledge of CAD plans is an advantage).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
Possession of a valid CIDB Green Card or equivalent safety certification.

RM1,500- RM3,500
