The renovation involved a full structural upgrade of a single-storey bungalow, transforming it into a boutique homestay. Works included internal reconfiguration, new M&E systems, timber decking installation, and Balinese-inspired interior detailing to support guest accommodation and wellness activities.

• Structure: Partition removal, slab reinforcement, roof waterproofing
• Electrical: New DB, ambient lighting, AC units
• Plumbing: Hot/cold system for bathrooms and outdoor spa
• Interior: Timber panelling, natural stone tiles, rattan fittings
• Outdoor: Raised timber deck with canopy, spa plumbing, feature lighting
