This notice explains how SolidBlock Enterprise ("we") handles personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
We only collect what you send us when you get in touch by email, phone, WhatsApp or in person: your name, contact details, site address, and details of your project such as drawings, photos and budget.
This website has no contact database, user accounts or analytics. The enquiry box opens your own email app; nothing is stored on this site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a scope, quote and programme.
- To carry out, report on and invoice the works if you appoint us.
- To meet our legal, safety and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to deliver your project: our site team, engineers, approved subcontractors and suppliers, and the authorities that approve building works. We don't sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as the law and the defects and warranty periods require.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for us to use it. Email us and we will reply within 21 days.
